Section 174. Repeal and savings.
(1) On and from the date of commencement of this Act, the Central Excise Act, 1944, the Customs and Excise Revenues Appellate Tribunal Act, 1986, the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985, the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956, the Customs Act, 1962, and the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 are hereby repealed.
