In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, various terms are defined including "actionable claim", "address of delivery", "adjudicating authority", "agent", "aggregate turnover", "agriculturist", "appeal", "Appellate Authority", "Appellate Tribunal", "appointed day", "assessment", "associated enterprises", "audit" and many more as specified in clauses (1) to (119).
